Service Description
Planning changes to your home can feel overwhelming, particularly before you’ve spoken to an architect or committed to a builder. A Clear Path Session is a one-off, paid advisory consultation designed to give you clarity at the right moment, before you spend significant time or money. This session provides calm, independent advice to help you understand what’s feasible, what to watch out for, and how to move forward with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One re-schedule is permitted, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the session, are non-refundable. Please ensure all relevant information and materials are provided via the pre-session questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to allow adequate preparation. By booking a Clear Path Session, you acknowledge that this is a one-off advisory consultation and does not include design drawings or ongoing architectural services.
